NYMEX issued the following notice to its members on Friday, June 8, 2007:

Delisting of NYMEX No. 14 Sugar Futures Contract ("FT") and NYMEX Orange Juice Futures Contract ("FJ")

 

Effective the close of business Monday, June 11, 2007, NYMEX will delist and not make available for trading on CME Globex® or clearing in any capacity the NYMEX No. 14 Sugar Futures Contract ("FT").

Further, effective on the close of business Monday, June 11, 2007, NYMEX will delist NYMEX Orange Juice Futures Contract ("FJ") for trading on CME Globex® or clearing in any capacity all contract months with the exception of the July 2007 contract which will expire on June 29, 2007.
